As Building Designers for the past twenty years, Justin Zahra and Adrian Minniti are

co-directors of JDZ Building Design Pty Ltd.  Established in 2016, our wealth of industry experience, formal qualifications and registration in Building Design & Drafting allow us to ensure the reliability and standards that our client’s need and expect. Our passionate approach and drive to satisfy our clients allows us to utilise our experience to create dynamic and innovative ideas and designs to cater for our client’s unique and individual needs.

Justin and Adrian each bring to the organisation more than a decade of experience and have been exposed to many different aspects of design. We have completed a range of plans and designs with a variety of developers with individual tastes and needs. Building a broad scope of knowledge across a variety of residential, industrial and commercial projects has developed our passion for quality design in all areas. 

A key component of our development has been the exposure in industrial and commercial  projects. From warehouse and office developments to cafes, car dealerships, medical centres, entertainment facilities and high end office fit-out works. Over several years we have developed an understanding of what makes a project successful from both a design and economical standpoint.

The role as building designer has allowed us to develop a broad range of skills from conceptual design, functionality, town planning, tender and building permit documentation as well as engaging with valued external consultants on a daily basis to coordinate each project from start to finish. Our thorough attention to regulatory detail and commitment to the client’s needs through regular communication are key to the success of every project we undertake.
